Real estate schools teach people about their state real estate laws in order to pass their state exam. These schools don’t teach much about helping you buy or sell real estate. Knowing how to understand a buyer and sellers needs as well as how to structure the terms and conditions of a mutually beneficial offer and counter-offer requires knowledge and experience. Unless you have had a successful real estate experience with an agent, the reality is you are very likely to hire an inexperienced agent because all agents sound the same to most buyers and sellers. |

REALTORS® who become PRC Council Members™ are subject to random, recurring Background Checks and must maintain a consistent CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index). PRC maintains an ongoing
customer survey system in order to assure Consumers a
consistent high standard of service is maintained. If a PRC
Council Member™ fails to meet the PRC standard, PRC can
and will terminate their Council Membership.
